"This may be one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in, anywhere. I stayed there while walking the TMB and then went back to stay again after because I thought it was so nice and unique. They have animals everywhere and an animal happy hour kind of thing in the evening where you can pet the dogs and other animals that roam around. The staff are very kind and helpful. "We came in the summer and loved Chamonix. This hotel was in a very good location and had a nice sized room with views of the mountains (although also right on the parking lot and another hotel so not super private). It is a cozy, lovely place- I imagine really nice in the winter. The entire place is a little run down- old carpets in the halls, and old, outdated feel. I found this charming, but also recognize some people may not like the rustic cozy feel."
