"Logement spacieux, calme et confortable...prestation dîner appre iable et de très bonne qualité .
Espace aquatique très bien malgré l interdiction aux enfants à partir de 20h non respectée (donc moment
de détente peu envisageable, plongeon, éclaboussure....) et port de short de plage jusqu au genoux...
Manque de climatisation ou au moins ventilateur dans les chambres cote sud pour nuit reposante. Nous avons donc dormi fenêtre ouverte et réveillés par le jour."

"Accueil bâclé et particulièrement peu aimable, ce qui donne malheureusement une mauvaise impression dès l’arrivée. Nous n’avons à aucun moment eu le sentiment d’être véritablement accueillis comme des clients.
La chambre était propre et convenable, mais il n’y avait à notre arrivée ni savon ni shampoing. Nous avons dû les demander à deux reprises avant d’en obtenir, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un établissement de cette catégorie.
Le petit-déjeuner était correct, sans être remarquable,...

"The room was clean with tea/coffee making facilities. A good view of the town. The attached restaurant was very nice, as was the food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh with fresh bread, cheeses, coffee, juices, cold meat selection, jams, yoghurt. Very nice. Bathroom very clean and heating was very welcome on a very cold day."

Had we have known the family room we were offered was up 2 flights of stairs one being a wobbly spiral staircase we would have opted for something else.

Il n'y avait personne lorsque je suis arrivé (problème de prise en compte de la réservation).
Impossible de contacter du personnel pour avoir le code WiFi, il n'y avait personne dans l'hôtel et pas de reponse à mes appels, je n'ai donc pas eu internet du séjour car mauvaise réception dans le secteur.
Éclairage du miroir de la chambre impossible à éteindre, très dérangeant pour s'endormir de plus le matelas était inconfortable et l'oreiller bien trop grand et épais pour être utilisé. "
