"I recently stayed at this property and had a generally positive experience with the accommodations. Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless; the front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which set a great tone for our stay. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and provided a restful environment for the night.
However, the experience changed significantly during checkout. When I went to the office to return my keys, I greeted the staff member on duty. Not only did he fail to acknowledge my "good morning," but his demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. I was met with an uncomfortable, judgmental look that felt deeply unwelcoming and biased.
It is disappointing that such a pleasant stay ended on such a negative note. While the facilities and the initial service were excellent, the behavior of the morning staff was unacceptable and left me feeling unwelcome. I hope management addresses this to ensure all guests are treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of who is behind the desk."
