"The hotel provides umbrellas and chairs and sets them up on the beach for you. This service alone makes the hotel stay worth it but there are more to love about this location. They are walking distance to great coffee (Brick & Bell) and delicious ice cream and crepes (Scoops). Good food is within walking distance so no need to drive anymore. Such a relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed the ping pong table, jenga, corn hole and foosball table."
Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines

Pantai Inn

"We enjoyed our stay at the Pantai Inn. We loved the helpful staff, the location of the hotel and that our room was like a one bedroom apartment. We enjoyed the shuttle service, the breakfast and the laundry service. All told we paid about $600 per night which seemed high. We hope to stay here again hopefully at a better rate. Thanks to all the staff."
La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club

"We had a wonderful stay at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club! The location is truly unbeatable, right on the beach with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be just steps away from the water. One of the highlights of our visit was spending time on the private beach. It felt peaceful and exclusive, and we loved being able to relax by the ocean, watch the waves, and enjoy the sunshine in such a beautiful setting. The property itself was very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway in La Jolla with great amenities and a laid-back atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the San Diego area!"
The Shoal La Jolla Beach

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Close, easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Two queen beds were comfy; the space was roomier than a typical hotel room and had a functional layout. We did not use the pool but it looked small but usable. The parking lot was also small but we found a spot every time we wanted to. Hotel gives you a “token” for each person so you can borrow beach towels, sand toys, chairs or umbrellas. Would recommend this quaint place for those on a budget!"
