Already reported that WiFi code can only be obtained at the reception and that the reception is a good wslk uphill and cannot be reached by (internal) telephone and eternal phone is not answered. Getting a warm shower meant that you need to wait 10 minutes before the hot water reaches the nice shower. Once hot it is hot.

Ok leilighet, fæl beliggenhet

Bodde i en leilighet på en parkeringsplass et stykke fra hotellet. Ble veldig skuffet da vi trodde den var rett v hotellet. Sa ifra ved utskjekk at gulvet var veldig skittent og fikk et skuldertrekk. Ikke som forventet . Rommet ellers var fint og innholdsrikt .

Super séjour mais manque de communication

Rien à redire sur le studio, il était propre et bien aménagé. Il manque peut être juste un appareil à raclette ou à fondue. En revanche il y a un véritable manque de communication pour trouver la réception qui se trouve dans un autre hôtel, faire la vaisselle (c’est à nous de l’apporter), ou encore la photo de la piscine qui est mise en avant sur hôtel.com alors qu’elle n’est pas comprise dans le séjour (15 euros supplémentaires par personne).

Hébergement agréable avec possibilité de spa. Par contre pas d’informations pour le Check in à l’hôtel ce qui aurait pu être indiqué dans les modalités de réservation. Mais cela n’a pas nuit au séjour.

Location rien à dire. Accueil a revoir récupération des clés non indiqué à la réservation puis a l’arrivée attendu des clés jusqu’à 19h car les femmes de ménage n’arrivent qu’à 18h…

L'appartement est très bien et joli mais le ménage n'avait pas était fait des précédent locataire ou alors fait à la va vite et il manque beaucoup d'ustensiles dans la cuisine un kit de bienvenue serais appréciable (petit produit vaisselle éponge lavette) comme j'ai déjà eu dans des lication d'appart' hôtel

Excellent séjour Très bel appartement refait à neuf, très fonctionnel et confortable Les clés sont à récupérer à l’hôtel à côté, ce qui n’est absolument pas dérangeant. Par contre il faudrait le faire apparaître en plus grand sur la réservation

Overall very nice

Super nice studio room in La Lechere! My husband and I stayed there for skiing in the Three Valleys resort. About a half hour drive for most of the skiing but a good location to be able to ski at different areas each day. The hot tub is not free FYI, there is a charge for a day pass but they are nice thermal spring pools. Tiny kitchen works perfect for two people for simple meals. You will not receive housekeeping every day but you can request it for a fee at the hotel, or just ask the front desk for more towels and toilet paper haha! We had to buy dish soap and a kitchen rag/paper towel as well as various other cooking necessities. Not much to do or eat in La Lechere at ALL though. Recommend driving to Moutier nearby for food/shopping.

Triste termes....

Le cadre n'est vraiment pas sympathique. Les apparts hôtels sont excentrés , on aurait dit une banlieue pas très acueillante. L'accès à l'appartement n'est pas mieux. Heureusement une bonne surprise en ouvrant la porte, plutôt bien rénové. Le mobiloer n'est pas déplacé pour le ménage et cela se voit. Pas de serviettes ni de tapis de bain ..

Description sur le site ne correspond pas

Description erronée sur le site: - Cette "Résidence" c'est un "Appart'Hotel", et non un "Hôtel": Il n'ya pas d'accueil dans l'immeuble; Vous devez donc vous rendre à l'accueil de l'hôtel de l'autre coté du fleuve (Radiana Resort) pour faire les formalités (3 min en voiture, ou 10min à pied en traversant un pont, pentes, escaliers) - Vous êtes dans une "Station Thermale" où les prestations (ie. aquatiques...) sont par définition non adaptées aux enfants en bas âge. - Il n'y a pas de "Piscines" comme décrit sur internet, mais plutôt des "bassins à remous" non adaptés aux enfants en bas âge . Attention donc si vous cherchez juste une "Piscine" classique pour se poser et lire un bouquin avec vos petits enfants.

Très déçu à l'arrivé de l'hôtel la chambre horrible pas de serviette les lits pas fait la piscine et le complexe sportif en plus ceux qui n'était pas écrit dans l'annonce pour rien au monde je retournerais dans cette hôtel pour dire je suis partit à peine arrivé tellement j'en était déçu

Bien pour une nuit d'étape sur la route du ski....

Bien placé sur la route des stations de ski, nous avons pu faire une étape le vendredi soir (une heure des stations). Nous étions grâce à celà les premiers sur les pistes le samedi matin ! Chambres propres, sans chichi... Mais à ce prix là, il ne faut pas en attendre +

Prima hotel, 15 minuten van les 3 vallees

Doel was om dicht bij het skigebied les 3 vallees te zitten. 15 minuten rijden naar les 3 vallees was prima. Hotelkamer was karig bekleed, maar voldeed voor alleen de overnachting. Wel complete inrichten en netjes alleen geen romantisch onderkomen.

hotel simple mais propre

de passage pour une nuit nous avons séjourné dans cet apart hotel il s'agit d'un studio bien équipé mais qui ne posséde pas de drap ni de serviette de toilette lit confortable et studio tres propre

Autant l'hôtel semble bien, autant la résidence m'a déçu. L'accès aux chambre est compliqué et mal indiqué. Pas de wifi ( il faut aller à l'hôtel qui est assez loin), pas de serviette de bains, pas de drap...En fait, il faut quasiment tout avoir avec soi.
