The reception staff upon our arrival and throughout our stay were really excellent. When we arrived at 8.30am to drop our car off in the hotek car park for a later check-in, we were told our room was ready and we couldcm access it straight away. Truly excellent. The room was great and the bed super comfy. Best nights sleep in ages The breakfast was varied and delicious especially with eggs cooked to order. Best location for walking to the gibraltar passport control. Best option for visiting gibraltar. 100% recommend

This is a wonderful hotel and every member of staff we encountered were so pleasant, friendly and professional. They are a credit to their employer. We had a two night stay as we wanted to visit Gibraltar and was able to walk in as it literally is 10 minutes walk to the border. Secure parking in their underground parking was a reasonable €12 per day. The bar prices were really cheap for a nightcap and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in any hotel I have ever stayed anywhere in Europe. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Always a comfortable and adequate hotel, breakfast good choice and reasonable, ability to order freshly cooked omelettes/pancakes etc and proper FRESH orange juice instead of squash, absolutely gorgeous. Very short walk to old La Linea, 10 minutes to Gibraltar & airport (and I am very slow!) Bar/drink prices very reasonable if you just need to chill and stay in.

Rooms were great, we were able to check-in on time and there was onsite parking. Approximately a 30 min walk to Gibraltar and no hassle crossing the border either way.be mindful there is not much open early in the morning so if you are planning an early departure, you may need to drive for a while even before you find a coffee.

OMG, 34 Celsius outside and no air conditioning. I was told that they didn’t start the air conditioning until June. Wasn’t good for sleeping at all. I think the coolest my room got was 27. The other thing I didn’t like was the dirt on the floor. I wasn’t impressed at all. No tissues???? The positive is the staff were pretty good and the distance from the Gibraltar border. Even with those two points, I will never return. Since this was my first experience with Oh!tels, I have to say that the chain is off my list.
