"I usually stay at The Residence when visiting Tunison business, a great place to unwind after a long day at work. It's a little out of the way at Gammarth, but is a wonderful experience and easy to take a car into the city for nightlife. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are perfect for a good night's sleep, and it's beachfront. Food options are plentiful, with meat and vegetarian choices. The drinks menu is good too. What's not to like?"

"The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was nice even though the variety was not very much, the staff were friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was clean and big, the beach was very quiet and clean and it was the best beach I ever went to "

"I loved the Dar Souad! It’s like a little oasis in what’s a slightly so-so part of town. It’s a 15-min walk to the beach. Taxi rides are easy to snag. (Though hotel staff helped us with important rides - like to the airport.) The staff is truly the highlight: very kind and helpful. The Dar’s decor is somewhat eclectic, and your appreciation for it grows. Little pool very pleasant after a hot day. Some of the property is a little warn (e.g., room bolts)"
