"We loved our stay right from the arrival. Our concierge, Eduardo was phenomenal. Waiter, Juan Carlos was an absolute pleasure. We had the best attention and place was lovely. The bed and pillows were divine and I slept like a baby. The blinds - oh my! I woke up rested every day. Another positive was the location. "This hotel in Cartagena is a great place to stay for a few nights. It’s conveniently located near everything you need. I’d definitely stay there again. The pool area was nice, but no one seemed to be using it. A few birds were inside the pool when we arrived but left as they got scared. Maybe the bar and music could be improved, but there wasn’t much of a problem since there weren’t many people in the pool so I understand why they do not pay much attention. Overall, I’d stay there again."
