"This quaint hotel is just minutes from the airport - super safe - and much care has been put into the design and decor.
The restaurant dinner was excellent, and reasonably priced.
Overall, we felt like we were valued customers, with excellent service all around."

"El precio que pagamos merecia al menos un desayuno para llevar de mas calidad , y el aire acondicionado hace un ruido espantoso , deberian tener algo mas moderno , lo que le doy un 10 es al transporte ,pero esa piscina de agua fria tampoco la usamos realmente espere mas ."

"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans.
Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

"The grounds garden and pool were very beautiful and clean. The restaurant was amazing and included a full bar. They even had a space that allowed the dog to dine with us. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and water pressure in the shower was great! We would stay again."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful with suggestions of activities. A tour company is on site which makes planning extremely easy. Car rental is also on site. I would stay here again."
