"This was an impressive simple aparthotel. Clean. Well managed with enough basic supplies in the kitchen to be comfortable. Elevators that worked. Easy walk to the beach or the tram.
I was lucky enough to have a balcony. What a treat. I would stay again."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"
