"What a beautiful hotel with a great collection of musical instruments. Old world charm, Great service, excellent tailor made breakfast, charming rooms. The access to the hotel is slightly tricky due to the narrow approach road but its location makes it well worth it. It is a 5 minute walk from the Alcazar and the cathedral. Highly recommend it!"

"Outstanding hotel. Really nice room, with fantastic buffet breakfast selection - which is well worth it so you don’t have to travel into the city centre. The pool is a perfect temperature and the gym is the best hotel gym we’ve visited. The staff on the front desk are very friendly. The only downside is the waiters in the restaurant (Santa Maria); we had two men who were very unfriendly and rude. This was very disappointing, especially given they automatically add a service charge to the bill....

"No tenía muchas opciones y como me dijeron que no llevaba incluido el desayuno no lo consumimos. No me llamó la atención y quise ver mi tarifa si llevaba incluido el desayuno y yo recuerdo que si. Me podrías decir si lo llevaba incluido ya dentro de mi tarifa. De lo demás excelente todo.! Solo ese detallito de su desayuno.! "
