Cari Chalet di La Punta

"Typical 5 stars hotel, everything you expected is there. Room rate is not cheap compares to other hotels in Lima because it is next door to the new airport. Main reason to stay here because of the early morning flight like many other people. Got a free pisco sour. Beautiful hotel and modern room."

"Service exceptionnel"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful."

The rooms next to me were permitted by staff to play music very loudly throughout the night, slam doors between rooms for hours and hours, and carry on in loud, impolite voices and tones. Completely inexplicable how the hotel would let people selfishly ruin the hotel stay for all other guests. Staff should have been alert and taken...
