"Great location for travelling through the area with good free parking immediately outside. Complementary coffee, water and cake in reception is a nice touch. Very close to a good service station with associated restaurant serving a nice rangebof meals at reasonable prices. The only issue ue we have is that the pillows in the bedrooms are not the most comfortable."

"Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage. Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen. Tolles...

"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"Our room was super clean, cute, and was located in a good spot. Breakfast was also great as well! The only slight thing I didn’t like was the bed was kind of hard. I’m a small person so if it’s firm it’s just not comfortable to me, but otherwise it was great and I’d definitely stay again!"

"Wir waren das zweite Mal im La Darsena und waren wie beim letzten Besuch sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist super, alle Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Englisch aber auch teilweise Deutsch kommt man sehr gut zurecht. Das Frühstück ist eine tolle Auswahl und auch ein Besuch im Restaurant am Abend ist ein absolutes Highlight. "Ottimo hotel in Valsassina, a soli 15 minuti dal Lago di Como, ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il lago, sia per fare cammminate in montagna, ristorante con cucina locale , piatti ottimi e abbondanti anche la pizza buonissima. "Had a wonderful stay. Staff very helpful. The panoramic view from the terrace of room 306 is amazing! We enjoyed staying away from the main touristy towns. Easy to get around on local bus with live updates on actual arrival time at your stop on your phone (rather than just timetable) really helpful. Free buses between Menaggio and Argegno after 7 pm during the summer months were an added bonus."
