"Chambre 251 bruyante. On ne comprenait pas d'où venait les boom constant mais cela provenait des cables des ascenseurs face à la chambre. Le bruit raisonnait dans d'autres chambres car lrs gens tapaient dans les murs pour faire cesser le bruit. Dommage. Le bruit s'arretait vers 23h30 et repranait tôt le matin. "

"Chambre propre, lits confortables mais appartement un peu "vieillot" pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. L'accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées est à revoir : la route pour accéder à l'hotel est en côte donc impossible d'y accéder seul pour une PMR et la chambre soit disant PMR a des wc bas et sans barre pour se relever. De plus, le parking de l'hôtel est payant même en cette période de l'année où il y a de la place."

"L’appartement est très bien. Par contre il manque des finitions style lampe dans le salon quelque chose pour poser la trousse de toilette dans la salle de bain. Pas de poubelle dans la deuxième salle de bain, le frigo cassé rien pour poser les vêtements dans la chambre et puis surtout j’ai réservé avec spa et piscine couverte et quand nous sommes arrivés là-bas tout était fermé trop déçu."

"We never EVER received a key code for the apartment, only for the entrance to the key room. After travelling for over 16 hours and no sleep for over 30 hours we did not appreciate the fact we could not access our apartment. After 3 hours another tourist also having trouble accessing their keys helped us calling as the 20 done phone calls I tried only got me to an answering service for Unik Vacations so no HELP at all. Very frustrating and would not recommend as you get absolutely no assistance...

"I didn't have a beachview even though it was advertised as having one. These apartments are not suitable for winter use as they get no sun all day and as a result are extremely cold. Our apartment was damp and very cold on arrival so it took a couple of days to start to feel warm. The temperatures were quite low around 7 °. The radiator in the bathroom didnt work so showering was extremely unpleasant. Our hob in the kitchen also didn't work abd there was no bottle opener. I would say summer...
