"Lovely quaint hotel. Staff attentive and helpful. As per other reviews yes there are no lifts second floor rooms are a slight hike up. Yes the rooms could do with upgrading but for what you pay for a night and an ease of access to the port no complaints from us. We had a family quadruple room, good size but really warm room, no air con small windows but lots of road noise when open"

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Lisieux. La chambre était immense, avec des fenêtres donnant directement sur la cathédrale — un vrai plaisir au réveil. Le lit est très confortable et l’accueil vraiment à l’écoute, toujours aux petits soins. Je n’ai pas pris l’option petit déjeuner, mais il y a une boulangerie juste en face, très pratique. Dans la chambre, une machine à café avec deux capsules était à disposition. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux personnes qui savent qu’elles...

"The roof bar was closed so shouldn’t have been advertised as open when booking. Room wasn’t adequately prepared for heat. Fan was very weak and plug socket where we wanted fan didn’t work. This is definitely more of a hostel than a hotel. It is very very basic. Perfectly clean though and helpful staff but I wouldn’t stay again"

"We were a little put off initially when we arrived. There was a self-checkin machine and seemingly nobody around except a random person sort of lurking around the checkin machine. But once we got self checked in, the room was comfortable and although the walls were thin, the neighbors were quiet, so overall it was fine. In the morning, there were 2 staff people that we could give our keys to in order to check out. It was nice that the hotel had free parking and was close to a market and a great...

"Tell other travellers not to go there, as no amenities in room, no tea/coffee making facilities, went for breakfast on first day and they ran out of food. The receptionist told us no more. 2nd day the sausage was raw, it looked like they had been boiled, rather than fried or grilled and not enough space to accommodate everyone in the breakfast room."
