"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. "This property is wonderful, from staff to location. We took the train from FCO to Santa Marinella. It was quick and easy and a 20 minute walk from th drop off location to the hotel. There are many local and convenient restaurants. There's access to their private beach. Staff are very resourceful and helpful. Unfortunately we were only there for a night due to a cruise trip but I hope to return to this location with my immediate family."

"This was one of the best experiences we could have asked for while staying prior to our cruise. Georgiana was an amazing hostess! She accommodated our early arrival and made a wonderful breakfast the next morning! The location was very convenient to restaurants, views, a grocery store. "The bedroom itself was pretty clean. There was a pile of dirt at the foot of the bed that has not been picked up. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning.
