"We arrived late at the hotel but were met by very friendly staff who were only too pleased to explain where all the amenities were in the area."

"We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Location is unbelievable. The staff were all fantastic and attentive. Our lifeguard Daniel was a true gentleman and was always helping the kids and elders. There was 16 of us over a 2 week period and we will all be coming back. "

"The property needs some updating. Areas showing wear and tear need to be fixed. Not a 5 star property. No bath mats, only 2 towels, no in room safe, no coffee machine. We could not use the A/C since entire hotel was still on heat and we were told that the hotel was either one or the other. Being 25 celcius out, couldn’t understand why the heat would still be running. Staff seemed pre-occupied and not particularly motivated to help. Property also understaffed. We were told that outdoor pool was heated, but it was ice cold."

"Traditional old style Spanish hotel. If you prefer an authentic holiday to a Travelodge this is for you. Staff were lovely and prices are reasonable "

"Codes to enter the property wasn't sent before the check in, then tried to call the numbers no answer. Ignored all the phone calls and the instructions weren't accurate so took too long to find the place and enter. Not sufficient hot water to shower, when informed no action was taken. Had to wait hours for the water to get hot after 2 people had showers. When reported promised it'll be sorted but nothing was done till the check out date after 5 days. Would not recommend this place as the staff were ignorant and unhelpful. Property is also in poor condition. One of the 2 showers were leaking water so couldn't be used at all. "
