"Room was clean . A/C had to be fixed and did not cool room . Room had old microwave.. basic tv. No movie channels. "

"Not what I expected. When my daughter and I arrived to checkin we were given a room that the door had been patched together obvious it had been kicked in before. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat. We did request a new room and they did change it. However there were people up all night yelling and fighting. Rooms had strange Oder like old carpet. "

"I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The manager here does not take the time to talk to his employees to find out what has been going on before he gets there. This man treated me like a thief. This man treated me like a liar, then proceeded to threaten me by calling the police because he said I was trying not to leave when that was not the case. . A few hours prior to his arrival I had asked the front desk for a late checkout so I could put myself together and then go downstairs to pay for us to stay another night.. my family and I are in the middle of turmoil. We have a loved one that we just put on hospice so this night we were not expecting to stay anywhere, but we found a room here and I regret every moment of it the lack of consideration and empathy. from their manager will not go on punished.. I have been in customer service in hospitality for 20 years and I never ever would treat someone this way. I do expect some sort of compensation for this and I am demanding for refund for my stay here"
