I am fully aware that this location is in the process of remodeling but the rooms they are renting out is horrible. We rented a room with 2 queen beds, we received 2 doubles instead. When we questioned it, we were told "that is the size of our queens". Then there was razors, from the previous renters, still in the shower. They eventually moved us to another room, same size beds and this room had shredded curtains and the lamp keep falling over, as it was broke.
Then st 9am the morning we were supposed to check out, there is not knock or anything, I hear a card sliding the lock of the door. Suddenly the door opens, thankfully I had the bar lock on the door, so entry was blocked. I jumped up and opened the door, housekeeping was there say " My bad, they said you had already checked out"...really? I still have the keys and check out isn't until 11.
Needless to say, I won't ever stay here again.
