Tallink Spa and Conference Hotel

"Room was good. Two cheap towels for two people with no service on a two night stay though I’m sure if we had seen a maid in the hall they would have exchanged towels for us. And they “advertise” that you can get whatever kind of pillow you want, memory foam, down, thin, silk, etc. But it’s five euros. So we asked for four standard pillows. (We had two rooms and 3 people) and they were like “we can give you 3.” On another note, Do y’all not know what a “hot tub” is in Estonia? Perhaps not, I don’t know. The “hot tub” was the same temperature as the rest of the pool, the only difference is it bubbles. Location was good just outside of old town and walking distance to the ferry terminal which we arrived at from Helsinki."

"Location was great. Staff in general were great/helpful. The Ame Restaurant was very nice for both breakfast and we had dinner there one evening. Restaurant staff was very nice. Aside from my checkin experience I would have given this an overall 5 star rating. At check in my room card envelope was in a different guest’s name. An Asian last name similar to mine but not the exact same. I didn’t notice till I went to my room and the cards were reissued when I asked about it. Also at check in I was prepared while waiting with my passport and credit card. The staff took my card and ran it for incident talks and then checked after the fact and informed me that I hadn’t paid (I knew that) and then took my card again to swipe it after I put it back in my wallet. She would have been more efficient if she checked my payment status and then swiped my card 2x at the same time."

"Great location, pretty much across the old town. Everything else was good at the hotel. Clean . Room size is good. The breakfast is good, lots of selections."

"Staff was excellent. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was wonderful. However, the hotel needs updating. The facility shows its age. The hotel does not feature the amenities associated with a 4 stars hotel."

"Palace Hotel Tallinn was a great place to stay with easy access to the Old Town. We accessed the hotel via a quick taxi ride from the port. There are numerous places to eat nearby and the area was safe and walkable. We really enjoyed the room as it was very clean and well organized. The hotel lobby was comfortable to have a quick drink prior to exploring the area nearby area. We would definitely stay at the Palace Hotel Tallinn again."
