"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! "The manager and staff are very friendly, welcoming and so obviously love running a hotel and making guests feel at home. The room is spacious and pristine which must take a ton of effort because parts of the hotel infrastructure are a bit worn down and could do with a renovation. The welcome biscuits were a nice touch although I sadly have a dairy intolerance so could not eat them but the other member of my party sniffled them up. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. "We visited for a weekend from the UK to attend a wedding in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasn’t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy...
