Unit does need coffee maker !! and instructions on how to operate the tiny stove. Could see the water from the bed and small balcony. The small unit is just lovely and the town is second to none. "We had an enjoyable stay. Petra was very helpful with parking and we were able to check in early. The residence is right in the centre and just a couple of minutes from the sea. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Despite its central location, the room was quiet at night which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely return."

"Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....

"It's an excellent experience. Even parking lot is far away, they will drive you with golf car to the apartment. It's convenient. Location is super. Easy to go everywhere in DT. Room is spacious with AC which is very important since summer in Croatia is hot. "

"Small hotel, conveniently located just a short way up the hill to St. Euphamia's chuech from the main square. The room was very comfortable and clean and for the most part quiet. I just wish certain guests would be quieter when walking on the wooden stairs. Breakfast was included and is provided off-site at the Balbi Restaurant, about three minutes walk away. Decent offerings were provided for breakfast. Hotel is situated in the heart of old town Rovinj and is around a ten minute walk from the bus and coach station. I will certainly look to stay here again the next time I am in Rovinj. Many thanks to the nice, friendly staff."
