Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. "The hotel is conveniently located. Very walkable area. Close to the metro. Rooftop restaurant is very nice. I didn't order drinks or food, but I see why guests would want to hang out there on the rooftop. I think the hotel should offer water downstairs at the reservation area. It's an inconvenience to have to go to the rooftop to get water. Also the hotel should offer a few more toiletries, such as lotion.
