We would definitely stay here again. Clean, convenient, great restaurant with a great view of the Harbor. AirCon worked very well.

This hotel is good. It is decorated really nicely and the restaurant and spa are nice. It just had a few problems like being noisy with traffic, the bathroom getting wet when it rains and little things like that. But it is in the middle of downtown and convenient and the price was great.

The restaurant has nice sitting views, staff is friendly. Cool restaurant and cafes nearby.Room we had was on lowest level despite super early check-in, and it was super noisy from streets and staff working nearby.

the hotel looks a little run down internally however, still in working condition. no complains truly as the staff and the service rendered makes up for all the hotel is lacking. loved every moment of our stay there. across the street is a convenience mart and every restaurant and shop is of walking distance.

This property is in a really great location. Its within walking distance of really everything you need (tour bookings, shopping, restaurants, atms etc). The restaurant at the hotel was one of our favorites in town. Our only complaint was how noisy this hotel is lol and were not usually one's to care. If you can get past that, it's a great stay.

Good location just a couple of minutes away from the Marina. Friendly staff and surrounded by many shops. AC kept the room cool and comfortable. The restaurant in the 2nd and 3rd floor has and amazing view of the harbor.However, their food was not my favorite. Overall it was a great place to stay for the night since we were sailing on a boat the next day.

An adventurer's delight

First, the restaurant has an amazing view of the harbor. Breakfast is a real treat with a variety of choices. The room was clean and the large bathroom and spacious shower are perfect after a day of adventures. The hotel is located close to everything, including many diving and tour operators, as well as good restaurants and grocery stores. It's about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommend for solo travelers, couples and friends who plan to spend their trip touring the sights.

Nice budget stay with great views

The hotel was an average stay but good for the price. Three of us shared a family room as our daughter was with us and there was plenty of space for us all. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. The people working in the hotel were lovely and very helpful. Always smiling and happy. The restaurant food was really nice and to watch them making dough for pizza was a treat. They were delicious too and you knew it was fresh. The restaurant had great views over the harbour.

Lovely old building, but seemed like it was a bit flimsy - doors not solid. Room small, not much space but comfy. Offered a welcome drink and they had an OK restaurant (with killer views) upstairs. OK food, ok drinks. Close to everything. Not much of a view, really. The photo makes the room look nicer and larger than it was. All in all, ok.

The location and outlook of this hotel is fantastic. The restaurant has a comprehensive menu and it’s own pizza oven. The views for sunset are gorgeous. The spa is wonderful! Room was clean and cool . The bathroom needed upgrading but value for money was excellent. Really friendly helpful staff!

Cannot recommend this hotel! Hotel stairs, where completely Room reeked of an indescribable odor, the shutters on the inside of the windows were painted shut, and when we finally were able to open them, we realized we faced a brick wall. The air conditioning did not work to full capacity. Toilet was leaking so the floor was covered in mold We checked out of the hotel 2 hours after we checked in! A shame to lose our money, but there was no way we could sleep there

Claimed they didn't have the room I booked (just a room with two beds) for when we arrived, and we'd be getting a single double bed instead. There's no way my scuba buddy and I were gonna fit in a single double bed. After some back-and-forth, offered us a "deluxe" version of that same room for more money -- classic bait and switch! If we weren't so tired, we'd have gone to find a different hotel. The "deluxe" room looked just like the basic room I booked! Very basic, except the toilet didn't work and the bathroom smelled like sewage and the bathroom door didn't close.

Prima schone kamers in t centrale gedeelte van Labuan Bajo. Dat houdt ook in dat er wel wat omgevingsgeluid is. (Moskee/haven) maar het beddengoed is fris en je hebt een ruime badkamer. Boven is n restaurant maar dat hebben wij alleen gezien voor n kopje koffie.

Ofte stod de ansatte i store grupper og snakkede, selvom man fx. stod og ventede på hjælp eller ikke havde bestilt endnu. Et par var søde, men det var ofte altid de samme som endelig hjalp. I løbet af tre dage manglede de både tomatsauce, pesto, cola. Cola zero, groft brød og croissanter. Der larmer ude fra gaden. Derudover vågnede vi 07.30 om morgenen, fordi restauranten hørte højt musik. Der gik i øvrigt 2 dage før vi fik badehåndklæder. Alt i alt virkelig skuffende, da stedet ellers så super hyggeligt ud!

良かったところ 目の前がスーパー ダイビングショップやレストランなど全て徒歩で行ける 空港までのタクシーを呼んでくれた 朝食のナシゴレンが美味しかった 悪かったところ カギを預けて外出したが、戻った時に鍵が無いと言われ荷物をチェックされそうになった(鍵はフロントにあった) 頼んだタクシーが1時間前に来て、予定より早くチェックアウトさせられた ガーデンビューの部屋ということだが、窓は開けられず、カーテンを開けると部屋が丸見えになる構造なので閉めていた。結果暗くて息苦しい部屋になった。 総評 値段とロケーションを考えるとまた泊まるかもしれないが、他の人にお勧めはできない。ある程度インドネシア に慣れている人ならば大丈夫かも。
