This hotel was perfect if you’re traveling on a budjet. We stayed there for several nights. It was clean, very friendly staff, and quite central. Would stay here again.

Tienen que cambiar muchas cosas...

No me gusta realizar malas valoraciones pero nada que ver con los comentarios buenos que vi. Nada mas llegar la recepcionista sin ganas de trabajar poniendo cara como si le vostara todo. Y la habitacion si es como sale en las fotos, pero si mostrar los detalles. Las toallas sucias y con manchas... pedimos que las cambiaran y la chica de la limpieza muy amable nos las cambio pero la que nos dio tambien estaba manchada. ( manchas amarillas) El suelo estaba limpio como si le hubieran pasado la fregona rapido, porque todo lo que son las esquinas estan con roña y negras. Y el lavabo... el lavabo da bastante asco. Las paredes estan amarillas de que nunca las han lavado y en el suelo se ven los reflejos de suciedad... Fuimos a pedir un cambio de habitacion o a ver si se podia pagar un poco mas pero todas son estandard. El chico del turno de noche muy amable nos quiso enseñar otra habitacion por si nos gustaba mas pero estaba peor... De verdad que me sabe mal hacer esta valoración porque detras de cada comentario hay gente que trabaja bien y no tiene la culpa. Pero siento que si no lo explico, mi estancia aqui va a pasar desapercibida y seria como aceptar que todo estaba bien.

Locatie is goed, kamers zijn ruim. Ontbijt is erg slecht, alleen witbrood of noodles, kamers ruiken naar rook. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, maar ik zou hier niet nogmaals overnachten.

Excellent hotel, big rooms , comfortable bed , shower with pressure and hot water. Fantastic deal. Location is about 10 minutes from the main part of town . The best hotel I stayed in Labuan Bajo.

Dykresa som krävde billigt hotell

Ett okej hotell sett till priset. Inget speciellt att tala om utan vi bodde här för att det var billigt. Frukosten är vitt bröd och sylt med kaffe och te. Rummen är inte dåligt skick men heller inte nyskick. Ett hotell som under omständigheterna gick att sova bo, vilket var det vi gjorde. Tyst när vi bodde där,men det sker ombyggnationer i närliggande byggnad.

Great room - but a bit far from the port

I had a great room - cleaning every day and free bottle of water as well. Breakfast is included, but simple (toast, jam, butter, coffee or tea). Wifi working well only in the lobby area and quite slow.

Good value overall, but no wifi in rooms

Overall good value for the price. Minor quirks include the wifi does not work in the rooms, only in the lobby, and some small ants. But not a very big problem. Included breakfast is only toast with peanut butter and jam. I would stay there again if back in Labuan Bajo.

Très bon hôtel

Après 4 jours de croisière Rinca Komodo depuis Lombok, ça fait du bien d'arriver dans cet hôtel moderne. Un peu loin du port 1à bonne minutes à pied un eu dur avec les valises mais faisable. Chambre bien entretenue, propre et spacieuse. De même pour la salle de bain. La bonne surprise d'avoir une chambre avec vue sur la baie. Top pour le coucher de soleil sur la mer. La rue est un peu défoncée mais plein de petit magasin et restau tout au long.

Médiocre

Pour un Hotel nouvellement construit les finitions sont entièrement à refaire. La salle de bain n'était pas du tout propre ainsi que les serviettes de bain. Chambre très sommaire. Lit confortable. Aucun wifi dans les chambres.

Stop over for Komodo trip only

Stayed for two nights prior to trip out to Komodo NP. The hotel itself is fine, the room was clean upon arrival (but not cleaned during our stay), the AC worked well but wifi was very sporadic unless in lobby. The hotel, as stated in other reviews seems to be in a constant state of being completed. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 'centre' and not much right around it. The staff seem eager to assist, and are friendly but didn't have answers for our basic questions. No breakfast offered and both mornings the hot water carafe was empty despite asking for some (was for the best as we found a great coffee shop called cafe in hit on the strip!). Overall we were happy with the room for the price and time spent there but would probably try the hotel attached to afore noted cafe next time.

OK but 'under construction'

This place has a heavy 'under construction' feeling. Mainly because it's still literally under construction but also some things are unfinished or missing. On the other hand the room was clean and the staff was nice. The restaurant wasn't finished yet (at the time of writing - May 2015) - breakfast was provided from external place (rice or noodles). There was almost no Wi-Fi reception in the room, I had to sit on the corridor to catch the network connection, even though the Internet was very slow (I don't know if it's hotel's fault or general problem on Flores island). Besides those problems, the general experience was OK. It was also an OK value for the price.

A Comfortable Stay in Flores

A 3 night stay at the end of our journey across Flores . A new hotel but still a bit rough around the edges.Staff were very good and anxious to please. Room was clean with a good bed and good air con but no furniture.WIFI and hot water was hit and miss.No refrigerator in the room.Our experience on Flores was great but hotels leave a lot to be desired - in terms of everything other than location , this was the best. I may have erred on the side of generosity in some areas but the staff here made it a nice place to stay and we not hesitate to stay again if we re-visit. definitely good value at around GBP20

Solo all apparenza uno standard europeo

Strana sensazione.... Struttura nuovissima, architettura contemporanea. Poi come entri hai la sensazione del non finito, del precario. Le stanze sono essenziali, neanche un armadio o una sedia per appoggiare le valigie. Bagno nuovissimo, con calcare incrostato ovunque. Letto comodo, lenzuola bianche (almeno questo... In indonesia non e' cosa scontata ). Pulizia della stanza (nuova)... No comment. Il primo giorno proprio non hanno fatto le pulizie... Il secondo giorno quasi uguale ... (Letto sistemato e passata veloce al bagno... Null altro). Posizione non cosi centrale, anche se con una paßeggiata di 15 minuti si e al porto.

Adequate transit hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one night after flying in from Bali before driving east on Flores. The hotel is new and clean. The beds were comfortable and everything was fine in terms of having a great sleep. However, while the staff had decent english, it wasn't good enough for them to understand the nuances of what we were hoping to organize, and every time we asked about an option, they told us "Yes, yes, I think that is the best option" - leaving us with three "best" options to choose from without a lot of information. The location is reasonably quiet as it's off the main drag and is close to the airport. On our return, we had more time for research and found numerous options that were less expensive and much higher quality overall.
