"This listing on Expedia is deceptive. The property is not at the location on the map, and no one in the town had ever heard of it. I tried to contact the property at least 10 times in the weeks leading up to my reservation via phone, Expedia messages, and WhatsApp in both English and the local language and never received one reply. In the end, I had to just pay for additional lodging somewhere else. I hope I can get a refund, but no luck so far."

"View is incredible rooftop dining. Infinity pool the same. Best hotel we stayed in and cheap, cheap, cheap. Fabulous breakfast buffet but truly appreciate reception staff who made multiple calls, texts and follow ups for a trip screw up. Truly caring and went above and beyond a boat tour that was mishandled by tour agency. It had nothing to do with them but we asked their help and they fixed it. Eternally grateful "
"Everything is excellent!!
So surprised when we arrived. This was our first trip to Labuan Bajo and had no expectations. This hotel reminded us of being in a better combination of Halong Bay, Vietnam and El Nido, Philippines.
View breathtaking.
Service next level.
Bed, soooo comfortable.
Food very good.
Room service excellent.
Pool stunning cool and refreshing.
Location, shops on the premises including Starbucks and general store as well as Ripcurl.
Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

"Staff were just exceptional. Breakfasts were great and the rooms were superbly clean and well looked after. Location is approx a IDR150000 ride into the centre of town if you miss the free services. The pool area and location overlooking the beach was 11/10. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back "
"Loved every minute of our stay here! We stayed at the Limasan Beach front 2 room villa and later at the 2 bedroom apartment villa - both are directly on the beach and metres away from the water.
The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. They plan daily activities and we’d highly recommend the Plataran sunrise experience! The rooms are luxurious and well maintained.
Will definitely be back and highly recommend it. "
"The pictures are deceiving. I had initially booked this place because it was buget friendly and had a pool. I specifically was looking for a pool which it advertises it does
Once i arrived, i relaized the pool was drained out and likely out of commission for a while.
The staff were pleasant. She took us to our room which had a plywood floor and bugs climbing everywhere. It was dark and smelled of mold.
The pleasant staff saw my face and asked if i wished for a different room. I stated yes please. The next room had less bugs but was also very dark during the day with the lights on and had black mold on the white bed sheets.
I did not stay and immediately left. I personally feel this was a scam. I have stayed throughout asia for the past few months and felt most deceived by this location.
I have reached out for some form of compensation and was told to speak to expedia not them whichhas gotten me no where.
I strongly do not recommend "
"Breakfast good however timings not adhered to. First day booked for 0600 in the room found it at 0620 at reception. Day 2 booked for 0800 arrived 0815. Day 3 booked for 0645 arrived 0630.
In the evening adked if we could have towels gor folling day trip was told could collect from reception in the morning. Wdnt yo collect and was told no cant take from hotel or pay 500000 IDR per towel if i had been told tjis thd night begore wouldve hone and brought one for 100000. Should be able to sign for towel and if not returned then pay.
Warning about prayers from 0400-0430 being btoadcast would bd hood and replacement hearing protection each day.
Hot water is luke warm and shower gel and shampoo in wooden vontainers that cannot go in shower.
No night lights gor reading
Door alarm goes off at random times"
"Staff friendly. Simple, but excellent restaurant on premises. Very clean. Nice pool. Not an upscale neighborhood, but safe place to stay. Really good value for money."
