"It was great to have room to spread out. We did have a problem occur. The staff worked promptly and diligently to resolve an issue they had never had previously. We appreciated the way they kept us informed and were very professional."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which was definitely a positive aspect of our stay.
However, the room could have been cleaner and better maintained. There were spider webs in the corner, and the shower curtain had clearly seen better days and could use replacing. At night, there was also a constant dripping-like sound, which was quite disturbing and made it difficult to sleep.
The hot tub was unfortunately out of order on our first day. Luckily, we were able to use it on the second...

"Das Zimmer ist klein und fein. Leider gehört nicht zu jedem Zimmer ein Parkplatz, was uns leider nicht bekannt war.
Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig (zb nur 2 kleine und 2 große Teller). Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank und kaum Möglichkeit, die Koffer abzustellen.
Fragen wurden sehr zeitnah beantwortet.

"The property was nicer than expected. Amenities were available (gym, pool and sauna) but we didn’t use them as we were too busy exploring Canmore and Banff. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The property is in a wonderful location; walkable to Canmore town centre. Would definitely recommend this property."
