"Personnel accueillant, courtois et avenant. La chambre est sans reproche, propre, grande. Si je retourne dans la région, c'est sûrement à cet endroit que j'irais. Malheureusement, cette fois j'étais avec mon épouse qui se déplace en chaise roulante et l'hôtel n'est pas ''handicapped friendly''. La rampe extérieur est abrupte, arrivé à la porte il y a le seuil de 4 pouces à monter et la porte d'entrée n'a pas d'ouverture automatique. Dans la chambre de bain, il n'y a pas de barre d'appui. "Wonderful Service! This Inn is clean with comfortable beds and great showers. The staff is absolutely terrific, particularly Thea, who is genuinely kind and sensitive to guests’ needs. Thea went out of her way twice to help us. Upon check-in, the Netflix on our TV wasn’t working. Thea came to our room, personally called the service company, and got Netflix going in no time! When we arrived home two days later, I realized I had left my beloved raincoat (great sentimental value) in the room....

"The room was clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. Our only issue was at check-in. I don’t remember the first front desk agent’s name, but she refused to check us in because I only had photos of my IDs on my phone. I showed her multiple forms of identification, including my passport, driver’s license, and Medicare card, but she insisted that she needed the physical copies.
