"I had the worst experience staying in this hotel. So the day we were suppose to check in we had arrived early so we asked for early check in but the front desk told us the rooms are not ready yet so we were like its okay we can go out and have lunch in the meantime till this point everything was happy and fun. So, i had requested the guy to pls ask the housekeeping to make sure the rooms are properly clean and dusted because i have bad allergies. Then later on we check in and go to our rooms...

"It is wonderful place to stay. Clean room and great breakfast."

"The check in time was super slow. I stayed there 2 time in a span of 1.5 weeks and the check in was super slow both times. Internet was broken and the reception guy did not bother to reboot, even after I tell him to do so. Kids were very frustrated with the internet. Other than that, I like the place and stay there every year."

"La propreté laisse à désirer. La poussière est accumulée sur le bas des murs et il y a des traces de moisissures. Des traces de moisissures et de mauvaises odeurs dans le bas du rideau de douche. Il y a du tapis dans le couloir, ça sent l'humidité et les couloirs sont sombres. Accumulation de traîneries à l'extérieur, le patio n'est pas invitant du tout."

"The food was better than I had expected. Hotel staff should be bilingual considering NB and Ontario are either bilingual or English speaking. The room was similar to that of a motel and not as pictures showed. And although I booked a pool View balcony was placed on the main floor right outside the restaurant. Stay was just ok."

"La chambre était très propre. J'ai juste une petite remarque pour le café. Il n'y avait pas de sucre et de lait disponible dans la chambre. J'ai dû m'habiller et aller en chercher à la réception. J'aurais apprécier le prendre tranquille dans la chambre à relaxer en pyjama. Je peux comprendre sans doute que certaine personne s'en mette plein les poches des fournitures disponible dans les chambres. Ce qui était pas mon cas. Pour le reste, la piscine était parfaite.
