"Mainly excellent service at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle service to the metro and the airport was brilliant - on demand, no booking or timetables. The wait staff in the restaurant could have been more attentive - we were left waiting to give our order for 20 minutes. But this was the only grumble in what was otherwise a great experience."

I experienced some really unpleasant event in Milano when my mobile phone was stolen, but received the outermost amazing service from a compassionate and very empathic male employee working that present night shift. A huge thank you for everything, and must such employees receive appreciaton for their contribution to making this an awesome hotel."
