"Very convenient location for visiting the falls. Room was clean and comfortable. I noticed that there are no coffee makers in the room. I hate having to go downstairs for my first cup while I get ready in the morning. The coffee machines in the lobby are slow. I can't get half decaf with these machines--very restrictive. Also, no plastic bag in the ice bucket. Staff wouldn't give my husband the points for our stay because I made the reservation, even though I don't have a rewards account."

"Great stay at the hotel. Although the neighborhood is sketchy at night. Had 2 different incidents where sketchy individuals tried to get my attention. The first to ask for directions and do I know my way around the neighborhood? Second, strange couple, tall black man and young white woman in a wheelchair. Both were trying to initiate contact but I am from NYC so I was able to easily handle that, but others should be aware. Also the next morning I was awakened by 3-5 children using the hallway as their playground by some unscrupulous parents. When I called downstairs, they immediately sent security and it was taken care of."

"I have stated this location multiple times. It is super convenient to shopping, dining and getting around the area in general. Our room was not fully cleaned. There was food left in our mini fridge and our garbages were not emptied. The staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful for any additional needs we had. Parking is super convenient and it's very cute inside. We also liked the sauna. I would stay again for sure. Just would like a totally clean room."
