"J’ai apprécié la propreté, l’accueil et la cuisine bien équipée. J’ai moins apprécié le rendement de l’air climatisé. Toutefois, il faut tenir compte qu’il y avait canicule à Toulouse depuis plusieurs semaines et que je suis habituée au confort nord américain quant à la climatisation."

"We had a one night stay on a Saturday, expecting it to be an easy overnight stay. But on arrival we were advised the restaurant is closed on the weekends, so given it’s location in an industrial area finding dinner options close by was a problem. Also no fridge in the room, and their ice machine was broken although they did have cold water in the bar. Pool was nice, and the room good. Thankfully the air conditioning was working as it was 35deg. The property is rated 4 stars but it didn’t feel...

"Pool was closed due to “bad weather” - 28C and three drops of rain in the morning. I was told that the rain would ruin the chlorine in the water. Otherwise clean and as described. Know that the room is really a little loft. You have a fold out couch on the main floor and the rest of the beds up some very creaky stairs."

"Excellent choice for short stay in the Toulouse area. Located just across the road from the Cite de l'Espace and therefore very easy to find (just look for the rocket!). Italian restaurant located right next door was handy. If you're driving, this would serve as a good base for exploring Toulouse and the surrounding area. One tiny fly in the ointment: rooms have coffee and tea making facilities but no milk is provided and staff refused to provide any! Most odd!"

"Nous n'avons pas pu réellement profiter de notre nuitée pour des raisons personnelles mais le simple fait de voir la chambre nous étions agréablement surpris. La piscine et le cadre nous ont beaucoup plus. Nous avons décidé avec mon mari d'y refaire un séjour pour profiter pleinement de l'expérience. Mais nous avons été conquis. "We love this hotel, especially for longer stays in Toulouse. It's clean, attractive, has a kitchen area, and has super friendly staff. The beds are comfy. There is a laundry room for guests. The breakfast is abundant, fresh, and delicious. The location is perfect: on a quiet street a few bus stops from the city center. I always opt for a balcony room; it's very pleasant to sit outside in the evenings. And this summer I was grateful for the air conditioned room!"

"Stayed up there for one night only as a base to visit Aeroscopia and Toulouse City Centre, which was a very good choice in terms of location. The service and rooms were of a very good quality to meet my needs. Breakfast quite nice and typical for ACE Hotel chain."
