"TV didn’t work, 2 room service orders, 2 wrong orders. Noisey, noisey, noisey room - got about 4 hours of sleep. Huge disappointment. I do not recommend!"

"Our favorite hotel stay in Ireland! Friendly helpful staff! Comfy bed and pillows! Our room was decorated so quaint and it was clean and cozy. Loved the robes provided for shower. It was a couple days before my daughter’s birthday and they left her a birthday note with fine chocolates. Would definitely stay here again!!!!! Great hotel! "

"The room was nice but you can hear a bit of noise, not too much but I am comparing it to a hotel in Dublin. The restaurant was very nice, it as walkable as near Dublin but the hotel is well suited for a night’s stay!!"

The room was in chilly side as main bedroom radiator didnt work the car parking is ridiculous - cant get out Pool is nice compulsory swimming caps outdated no soap showers either €5 a night to park if use external booking partners no idea why so I didnt dine in hotel at all ! "The hotel was very nice and clean, but we booked for the pool and it is not a hotel pool - it is an affiliated health club pool - and the staff were extremely rude to the kids. There is nowhere to sit. This is not a hotel to book hoping for a fun family time between tours."

"Hotel was located right off the coast road about 20 minutes away from Galway. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was the 9 steps to navigate with suitcases. The staff were friendly and helpful. Apparently this is a popular hotel weddings. Had a nice dinner at the onsite restaurant/bar and then got to watch a beautiful sunset over the water. Breakfast was included and had the usual fare with something for everyone."

"Nice Hotel , clean and comfortable beds , however some of the plugs in the room didn’t work , plugs where lose fittings, heating kept turning off which left the room cold. The food is excellent in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast , the staff are young and inexperienced, getting confused with orders and very slow !!"
