"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was very comfortable. Staff at the reception desk were helpful. The room was spacious with two comfortable bed. It was conveniently located: 20 minutes walk to the city center and 7 minutes walk to Galway Shopping center. It was 10 euros by taxi to the city center bus stop. "Exceeded all expectations! So many little details met! Room was very comfortable with great mattress and bedding! Water provided at no additional charge. Car parking free. Food was EXCELLENT!!! Breakfast was gourmet and included in our booking! We also had dinner on the Blackthorn which again was fabulous and the aged prime rib, potatoes with home garlic aoli was 5 star worthy!! Way to go staff of The Twelve!"
