"Great access to the beach via a board walk through the Mangroves. Surrounded by birds and so many cool animals, this is truly a gem of a stay. The room was great, and had comfortable beds, large bathroom, and AC. Highly recommend. The only struggle I had was getting assistance from the staff for arranging tours and activities even though their website mentions they can help. Highly recommend the Oropopo Experience guided Avellanas Wildlife Walk."

"We can’t say enough about how wonderful our time at The Beach Bungalows was. As a young couple traveling to Costa Rica from the US who wanted access to the beach and night life, this was the perfect spot for us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the poolside day bed space under the Bungalows was one of our favorites! There was a safe in the room and the Bungalows locked and offered perfect security. The location was walkable to the beach and restaurants, but was set back enough...

"We have never had a more relaxing vacation! It felt very White Lotus without any drama where everyone takes the best care of you and you feel like family at the end. Food was excellent, service off the charts and accommodations were straight out of paradise. A few feet to the pool, a few feet to the beach! Breakfast was included and was so generous that we really only needed one more meal each day! Your choice of daybeds, loungers, or cabanas wherever you would like as they say it’s ‘your home’...

"This hostel was incredible! VERY very social, easy to meet people and great kitchen. We had the hostel room with 2 bunk beds only - super clean. Washrooms were classic hostel washrooms, and the pool was super clean! The BEST location - 5 min walk from the beach and strip in Tamarindo. "
