"Charming property with delightful rooms. Victorian decor and old world charm. Staff was friendly. No elevator but stairs to second floor were manageable. Beautiful view from 3 sides in the Garden room. Location was convenient to walk to the falls. Bright dining room. Had an excellent dinner and continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."

"For some reason we were rushed out on check-out day. The cleaning staff came at 8:00, awaking us despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door in full display. It happened again an hour later, then we go a call about checkout, all before 11AM checkout time. Very annoying - as is the standard hidden fee gotchas that I am still trying to get a handle on..."

"Staff was super friendly & helpful regarding the area and what to do, where to eat, where to park. Room was pretty clean, only slight downside is that the shower drain was SO loud and I couldn't quite get the shower to turn completely off. It would slightly leak but not a big deal at all"

"I would definitely stay here again. I read previous reviews about how the hotel was outdated. YES, it is outdated, but very clean, comfortable beds and it had a microwave and fridge that was also clean. The room was very spacious with two double beds and I appreciate that because some of the newer hotels, there very little space. They have continental breakfast, which was good ( normal quick grab and go with a toaster for bagels etc.), and there are plenty of other places to eat in the area. All...

"A great place to stay with a lively small bar in the lobby. Livell but not disturbing to the guest. Matter of fact I didn’t hear anything coming from cool jazz night musician playing. They end early. I would absolutely stay here as opposed to a large chain hotel. Great plants in the sunroom!"

"The unit we stayed in was charming with a kitchenette and a lovely spacious bathroom and a cute back patio. Easy access to the Finger Lakes Region. I would say the only downside was no free ice on site. You can VENMO your ice purchase, which is fine, if you have VENMO. We don’t."

"This hotel is 5 minutes away from the university, which is convenient for an early morning college visit. Nice breakfast included. Right next to a strip mall with a grocery store that closes at 10pm. The room was spacious and comfortable."

"One of the best vacations I’ve ever had! The tents were amazing, the bed was so comfortable, the camp firepit was fun to sit by, and the bathrooms and showers were very clean (fair warning, the showers always had at least one spider). I am recommending this place to everyone i know and i will be back asap!"
