"Was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at . Our room wasn’t clean- pillows didn’t have pillow cases on them- no towels in the room and when we asked staff if we could get a few they said they didn’t have any to give. Literally no clean towels to shower. The staff gave absolutely zero cares that the hotel wasn’t performing and were rude when trying to ask for things. It almost seemed like I was burdening them for existing. Absolutely worst experience of my life!"

"The room was clean and modern. The parking lot seemed to have some construction. The listing for the hotel explicitly stated they had cribs/pack n plays but at check in I was told they did not. I don’t know if that’s true or if they just didn’t want to have to find one for us. The indoor pool was frigid. It was fine for just passing through and needing a clean and safe place to stay. "
