"Hotel rooms were nasty with stained mattresses and sheets. They made no accommodations. The hallways was full of marijuana smoke odor. Also they’re was very little parking available due to sharing the lot with outside businesses. I was afraid if I left I wouldn’t have any parking, I had to take a Lyft and order delivery most of my stay. This was a horrible experience for me!!"

"Clean room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff at desk and Grillfire restaurant. I was disappointed to have to pay for parking, that seems really unnecessary. Pool area was so so; it had lots of chairs, which was nice, but it needed more attention from staff — restock of towels, fix cushions, wipe tables. The water also felt kind of icky. My son enjoyed our night away, but I don’t see myself rebooking this property. "

"The only issue was that the bathroom meaning the tub was not clean andi had black hair and soap suds in the tub. I mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized about it and that was it . They didn’t come to clean it up. "

"Overall, my stay was mostly positive. When I first arrived, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. It was a little difficult to find my room at first, but I eventually found it without too much trouble. When I got into the room, it was very clean and comfortable. The only small thing I noticed was that the tiles in the bathtub were slightly dirty, but it honestly didn’t bother me much. Breakfast was really nice and I enjoyed the options available. The only issue I had during my stay was at the restaurant area. I waited for quite a while because an employee was having a conversation with someone else (I couldn’t tell if it was another customer or a friend). Once he noticed I was standing there, though, he did help me right away and everything was fine after that. The main concern I had was with the billing. I paid almost $200 when booking through Hotels.com, but the hotel later charged me an additional $100 that I was not aware of. I reached out to ask about the charge, but I never received a response and still haven’t heard back. I wish the hotel had been more transparent about any additional fees ahead of time. Other than that issue, the stay itself was comfortable, but the unexpected charge and lack of communication about it was disappointing."

"Check in was easy and pleasant. Room was clean, well-equipped. Exterior could use a little sprucing up. Conveniently located, good restaurants and amenities nearby. The management should really encourage the town to clean up the street leading to the evidence, it is full of trash."
