Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Ladera Ranch

"Expedia apparently did not review this hotel and thought to post blatant, false positive reviews on here as this was one of the worst hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. The first room that we were assigned to smelled like cigarette smoke and chemicals so we were assigned to a different room.. upon entering the second room, it also smelled of strong chemicals. "Room was smelly. Found bed bugs, one of the people we were with got bit so bad his hands got swollen. They dont seem to care to call back or email you for a refund. Have tried calling no answer. We had to leave due to the bed bugs and find a different hotel and still charged the full amount!!"
