What an incredible property to stay at. Unfortunately my husband and I were only able to enjoy it for one night. It was a wonderful day at the beach, followed by great breakfast the next day. There was three other couples who stayed with us and they also enjoyed the property.

We stayed at Riva Di Palo for one night before the end of our Italian holiday and wish we would have arranged to spend more time here. The property is beautiful and well-kept, especially the beach area which is maintained by a staff of lifeguards. The rooms are bright, fresh, and adequately cooled with individual AC units. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals. We did not venture out into the Ladispoli area and can’t say much about the neighborhood, but the resort property itself is very safe. Bring your own beach towel to use unless you want to rent one from the reception desk for 5€.

We cannot recommend highly enough staying at riva di palo. Absolutely perfect. Most of all the people and staff were so sweet and helpful, genuine and stress relieving. Riva di palo is reason to go back to Italy!

This was such a disappointment- rooms were outdated and dirty, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and had a bad odour, beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The A/C did not function properly and couldn’t cool the room. This felt Like a very cheap motel, would not recommend

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely rooms with everything you need with added extras of slippers and filled fridge etc. Quiet well maintained and relaxing complex with a swimming pool. Also a stunning private beach and beach bar with beautiful sunsets. 20 minutes walk into the town. Would definitely return.

The entire resort was beautiful and rich in Italian culture. Breakfast each morning were some of my favorite moments. Not only was the continental breakfast delicious but the brekfast host, Titiana, was so real and personable like we knew each other for years. They were a pleasure to converse with. Her and her staff, like Lidia, were some of my favorite people I have had the pleasure of meeting while vacationing in Italy.

It was a great stay, it was a unique experience that we really enjoyed. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very good with a nice ambience. The free breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, it was extensive and the offerings were delicious. We would definitely stay there again!

The location is amazing, a 5 minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms are clean, the beach is perfect. If you decide to eat at the on-site restaurant, Anna you will not be disappointed. The food was outstanding, the customer service was impeccable. If i could have stayed longer I would have. My family was stranded because of the airline strike and the front desk staff did everything in their power to help and accommodate us during this difficult time. I would recommend this resort to everyone. 10 stars is not enough for this resort. It was a perfect stay.
