"This was a perfect hotel for our family with kids. We stayed in a suite, which was so spacious and fit our family perfectly. It was clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the indoor pool, the kids loved the water slide and had a blast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to the airport and it was great. Would stay again!"

"This was a great hotel at a very competitive price. Although it wasn't in downtown Vancouver, it was only a 10 minute walk to the Skytrain which took you right downtown. There were lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Vancouver."

"They charged 412.89 on Amex as agreed The safety deposit was 150 refundable Paid on Scotia visa. Got a note from Scotia today the 612.89 was taken off that card. That is robbery. Please return the funds"

"The property is aged, which is unavoidable. Location is good. Shuttle bus services is a plus."

"I expected little more quality for what I paid one night. Also don't recommend 1st floor as it was noisy. We heard people talking in the hallways by 4am and we could not go back to sleep. Room needs renovation. Bathroom was clean and decent size. Bed was not comfortable. Also waiting for shuttle service from the airport to the hotel took almost 1 hour. I had to call 4 times to see what's going on. I will not be coming back here."

"Pillow had makeup on it and when asking for a new pillow was asked if I want a new pillow or new case (which was strange, so I asked for both) they then proceeded to bring a pillow with no case when the issue was the pillowcase in the first place. Staff seemed upset they had to help us with this. The shuttle was useful, but the driver did not want to leave on time as he was chatting with another employee. The people waiting were standing outside while he remained inside for an extra 5 minutes...
