Rough River Dam State Resort Park
8/10 Good
"We had a great view from our room of the lake. The restaurant was a five minute walk away. The food was really good. Our room was nice and clean fresh air conditioner worked. Everything was just right. It’s our second time here and will be coming again just because of what I mentioned."
Courtyard by Marriott Owensboro
8/10 Good
"Room was big. Bathroom was a little dated, but we were good with it. Fitness center was good. The location is good as well."
Ramada by Wyndham Tell City
10/10 Excellent
"Upon arrival and check in, our first offered room smelled awful, the second was a bit better & the third worked great. It was obviously a known issue because the staff asked if it smelled moldy when I said it smelled bad. Our 2nd room had some lights and a the bathroom fan that didn’t work. The 3rd was well maintained and quite clean. The pool got the most attention, which was comical considering the small of some of the rooms. I gave them 5 stars because the staff, specifically Freddy, went above and beyond for us. I knew traveling to a small town on a budget wasn’t going to give us a great room, but Freddy checked on us and made sure we enjoyed our stay."
Hatfield Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Great place for our 1 night stay. Easy access to travelers, great staff, clean rooms, very good mattress. Only complaint was water temp & pressure was lacking, but not horrible."
Homestay on Main
10/10 Excellent
"Comfortable, large room. Lovely home turned into a 4 bedroom Inn. Lots of character :) Didn't run into anyone ie staff since we were given the door codes ahead of time."
