Our room was not ready upon arrival at 3:00 pm but the staff was prompt in getting it ready. We only waited five minutes. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was really good! As items ran out, they were prompt in replacing the items.

The staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice but we went days without new towels or new sheets after asking several times. We finally got housekeeping in the room on the last day of our 4 night stay and had to take our own trash out daily. Likely will find another property in the future

The politeness, professionalism and efficiency of the lady that checked myself in at the front desk. I did not get her name. She was a a blonde haired lady who appeared to be may be part of Management in any case she was welcoming and exceedingly helpful to myself in the entire group as we had five rooms. Employees such as her make it where I’m sure our group will desire to return in the future. The same was the next morning with the woman managing the breakfast area. She was a go-getter for all the right reasons.
