"Very disappointing experience. We booked this hotel through Expedia and specifically paid extra for a room with breakfast included. However, when we went for breakfast, the staff informed us that no breakfast was included in our reservation, despite having paid for it. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which made the stay even more frustrating. We expected much better service and coordination between the hotel and booking platforms. Having to argue about services that were already paid for is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience."

"Breakfast same items every day ( few choices) and usually just warm. Coffee good. View from room very nice. Two bars one closed. The main problem was the exterior areas, pool and beach never once in 7 days were they cleaned, or tidied. Clothing and an ashtray on a pool lounger for whole of or stay. Steps and boardwalks never swept. Can’t comment on restaurant as we spent time in town as much as possible. Aircon, bathroom bed all good. Would not recommend."
