I am not happy. My father who is a 79 years old man is who stayed there. I told them many times (have the names I spoke to). I don't have one name is special because the person didn't want to introduce herself. I asked. Who am I talking to and I saw they read but chose not to reply. So this morning I woke up with a message saying that my father went downstairs to eat but they didn't let him because there was no payment for the buffet. Only the dinner the night before was payed by me. So they didn't let him eat because they didn't reach me on time to do the PIX like I did the day before. I told them all many times that I was going to pay anything he ate before he leaves the hotel. Also they started the conversation asking for another PIX BUT my father hadn't eaten yet because they blocked him from enter and serve himself and he didn't want to eat anymore. (A 79 years old have their ways.) I have all messages on my whatsapp in case you would like to see the type of treatment they offer there. They want the money before they let him eat. They embarrassed my father. Even if I had already payed with PIX the night before for his dinner. 2 seconds to do a PIX. But they said (I have it written) that FIRST payment and then they can eat. HORRIBLE Service. Low Quality. Fake kindness. Rude people. Not trained properly. Those people will never upgrade for a 5 stars hotel. How could I do a PIX before I knew if he had chosen to eat there? I would be happy to send the conversation. THX
