REVIEW RELATIONSHIP WITH TOC HOTELS

First, I was embarrassed when the hotel claimed they had no dealings or contact with Hotels.com. I told them I had paid with my Visa debit card but they refused. Because it was late, I had to pay cash again. I have receipts. Hotels.com will do well not to charge my card. The service was poor as the generator did not come on or at best epileptic. The place is just substandard for the price and location

nice comfy room, makes me feel more at home.... It is a great hotel but still a lil bit to be done to make it greater... keep it up
