"The location is excellent, with the beach, shopping, restaurants and art experiences in walking or trolley distances. The breakfast, although limited, provided an easy opportunity to start the day. In the north building, the rooms are spacious and well equipped for light cooking and snacking. For some reason the fabulous air conditioning has been replaced with a marginal portable unit, not sufficient for the room. When we arrived, we were told that our reserved room had been over-booked. After a few conversations by phone and in person, with Julie the issue was resolved. Thank you, Julie!!"
