"An apartment. Very good way to try the units if you're looking to buy one in the area. Great area with everything i needed nearby. A grocer shop, a laundry shop and a few restaurant (maybe the pools too). Took this one because it was close to mall of asia and the airport. The check in was a bit of a challenge though. Didn't get an email from the proprietors about how to check in so i had to wait in the lobby. The women who welcomed us and showed to the room was lovely though. It's an...

"Only what I really concern to the room is the hanging for the Laundry it won't drying our clothes need to provide a small hanging at the patio outside. And also the exhaust fan , were keep looking the switch for on and off its nothing we dont know if thats working well. We want to cook a simple meal but exhaust is not working if we cooked a food inside the condo it gonna smell inside. The air-conditioned its working verry well! But overall we stay in the condo unit its nice and comfortable....
