The room is clean and overall safe and sound. Communication with the hotel staff was smooth. The hotel is very close to Manila Airport T3; you can reach it within a few minutes. However, the entrance is a bit confusing, but communicating before reaching made things easier. The area has many restaurants and entertainment options and is quite safe.

While it is clear that the property is not an actual hotel, better quality bath towels can still be provided. Power outlets need fixing as some can't be used because they are pushed inside the frame.
