"I always stay here because it’s like a five star hotel with four star pricing. The duty manager (Rich) goes overboard to make sure guests are satisfied and enjoy their stay. She makes a good hotel even better! From the housekeepers to the doorman, everyone is so pleasant to deal with and treats guest as they should be treated. I’ll always stay here on my trips to Manila."

"I had an amazing experience at Skyport Hotel. We arrived around 3:30 AM, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They helped us arrange an early check-in with a fee, which truly helped us a lot after a long trip. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel welcomed right away. "Everything for my wife's stay was GREAT...except... The day before my wife checked in, she was in the emergency room for severe food poisoning - so she was still recovering while checking into TRYP. She had no energy and told the front desk of her problem. Anyway, she quickly drank the two, free bottles of complimentary water that come with the room and called the front desk to request more (because she was severely dehydrated). Instead of just providing water, the staff on the line explained...
